Recruitment Process Outsourcing:

  • Our experts do end to end of recruitment process outsourcing for the clients.
  • We conduct Campus, walk-in’s and Lateral hiring at all levels on behalf of the client.
  • We handle entire staffing and selection process till on boarding with personal dockets completed and first day reporting for Induction, at the client site.


HR Outsourcing:

  •  We support our clients by handling the end to end life cycle of HR Organization.
  • Our deputed staff either work from the client site or from Talenture office.
  • The entire HR sourcing will bring the operational cost for the client and increase HR effectiveness and accountability.

 

Exit Diagnostic Studies:

  • We conduct Exit Diagnostic Studies and provide strategic Interventions
  • We also take up the entire Exit Process as an outsourced services for the client, so that the client HR can fully focus on people engagement activities in the organization.
  • The diagnostic study by a consultant would be an unbiased one and the recommendations  for corrective action and retention will be effective.
  • The exiting associates will have faith in the system as the exit process is handled by a third party.
  • We also conduct pulse study with the exited associates periodically, so as to understand the real reasons for leaving the organization and whether a re-hire is possible as part of organizational branding.

 

HR Practices, Policies and Process:

  • We have expertise in designing, documenting and implementing the Management Operating Systems and Standard Operating Procedures for HR function.
  • The Instituionalization includes Policies, Process and HR Practices to align to ISO, CMMI, PCMM and other statutory compliances.


HR Build-Operate-Transfer Model:
