  • The diagnostic study by a consultant would be an unbiased one and the recommendations  for corrective action and retention will be effective.
  • The exiting associates will have faith in the system as the exit process is handled by a third party.
  • We also conduct pulse study with the exited associates periodically, so as to understand the real reasons for leaving the organization and whether a re-hire is possible as part of organizational branding.
