Krishna brings with him 25 years of experience in HR solutions, strategic planning, policy & procedures, talent acquisition, talent management, OD interventions and statutory & labor compliances across sectors of information technology, telecom, aviation, NBFC, hospitality services and manufacturing and has held leadership positions in several MNC and Indian companies.
Krishna has done his Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial relations from Madras School of Social Work, Chennai- India and Diploma in Training and Development from Indian Society for Training and Development, Kolkata- India.
Krishna is also a professional member of NIPM, Calcutta and NHRD Network, Chennai.
He was honored with regional “HR Leadership Award” at 6th employer branding awards at Hyderabad in December 11, by Employer Branding Awards Institute of India, Pune.
