About Us

Uma is a post graduate in Public Administration and a doctorate from University of Madras. Her doctorate in Public Administration was sponsored by Indo-Norwegian Research Council, Oslo. After completing the degree in 1999.  She has 13 years  experience with exposure to IT, ITES and Publishing industries. She has worked extensively in various areas of human resources and corporate strategy.

 

Uma has handled recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, job evaluation, desining policies, competency mapping, HR score card, organization reviews, training & development, change management programs and soft skills training junior and middle level associates including campus to corporate programs. She has headed several major HR assignments programs in multinational and Indian companies in diverse industries which includes Brigade Corporation, Polaris, Infosys and Servion.

 

Uma has handled consulting assignments for companies in Middle East and the latest one being with a water desalination company based out of Oman, Muscat.
